Chef Joan Mitjà from Restaurant Picasso along with disseminator of kitchen Pep Nogué and chef Carme Ruscalleda from Restaurant Sant Pau, they meet to speak about the native product of elvers and its cuisine, who the same Joan Mitjà fishing during autumn and winter in Gola del Ter.
