Inspired by the concept of tasting traditional Sabores de Mar, and the central theme of the shell, which carries the nineteenth edition of the gastronomic, we offer menus that the chefs from Torroella de Montgrí and l’Estartit has prepared for the occasion.

A starter based on a selection of shellfish: cockles, clams, snails, clams, etc … so typical of our coast, with a flavor so linked to the sea, and a second local fish, keep looking the most intrinsic values of each product.
